Correspondence from Detective Inspector Stephanie J Morgan (Hampshire Constabulary) to Mr Wheeler re Mrs Richards and gaining Mr Wheeler's view on the case, Morgan states 'In my humble submission there is no evidence to suggest negligence in this case' [Note - attached report by Dr A Lord (Consultant Geriatrician) and file was not present at the time of cataloguing].
